RTP Company is known for its expertise in formulating and manufacturing custom thermoplastic compounds for products that require special properties, such as wear resistance, flame retardancy, conductivity, strength, structure, color, and more. Our customers are injection molders and plastics processors who melt our thermoplastic granules to make thousands of different products, from toothbrushes and cell phones to automotive or aerospace parts and medical devices.

Position: Sales Engineer
Nationality: Czech Republic or Slovak

The Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing the market and finding customers to visit
- Introducing RTP Company and developing opportunities to increase business in the local market
- Setting and achieving sales targets following assigned budgets and development initiatives of RTP Company and RTP Europe
- Open to visiting customers several times a week
Our Requirements
- The geographic (preferable) location of the position is the Czech Republic/Slovakia
- Proven sales skills with a successful track record of sales in industrial markets
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Strong negotiation and technical presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use internal support as needed
- Proficiency in English / knowledge of the Czech and Slovakia languages
- Other languages are very welcome
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the use of CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree (business and/or technical degree preferred)
